Marina Nessebar Houses is a unique complex which consists of two-storey located at the yacht port of the Old Town of Nessebar.
The architecture of the houses is in authentic Bulgarian design and merges with the style of the Old Nessebar, which is under the protection of UNESCO.
Each house has its own yard and two parking spaces. On the first floor there is a veranda with sea view, spacious living room with kitchen and bathroom. Internal staircase connects the two floors. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, each of them with a balcony, overlooking the sea and the old town of Nessebar.
The houses are suitable both for living and for commercial and business purposes.
